About Argos
We make the thing that only exists in your head
Argos is a production 3D printing studio. We started because getting a part printed in India meant emailing a file into a void and waiting two days for a number that may or may not have been made up. So we built the pricing engine into the website and put the machines behind it.

How we got here
The first machine was one printer in a room, taking jobs from engineering students who needed a bracket by Friday. The work that kept coming back was never the pretty stuff — it was the functional parts, the fixtures, the replacement components for machines whose manufacturers had stopped caring.
That is still the centre of what we do. We have more machines now, and resin alongside filament, and a materials shelf that covers most of what a functional part needs. But the job is the same: someone needs a physical object that does not exist, and we are the shortest path to it existing.
Argos is part of Quadcycle, which gives us the engineering depth to take on work that is more than just pressing print — reverse engineering, DFM reviews, and production runs that have to hold tolerance across hundreds of units.
What we hold to
Price it honestly, up front
Our quote engine uses the same material and machine rates we use internally. If a part is cheap to print, you see a cheap price — we do not pad quotes because a customer looks like they can afford it.
Own the whole process
Design, printing, finishing and QC happen under one roof. Nothing gets brokered out to a farm we cannot inspect, which is why we can promise a reprint when something is wrong.
Say no when we should
Sometimes printing is the wrong process. If your part wants machining or moulding, we will tell you — and often point you at someone who does it better than we would.
