Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.
01What we collect
We collect only what we need to price your job, print it, and get it to you.
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- 3D models you upload, along with the geometry we measure from them.
- Order and quote history, including the configuration options you chose.
- Shipping addresses and the phone number needed for courier delivery.
- Messages you send through our contact forms.
02Your 3D models
Uploaded models are stored in private storage. Access is restricted to your own account and to the production team members working on your job — enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.
We do not reuse, resell, publish or train anything on your geometry. When you delete a model from your dashboard, the file is removed from storage.
If your work is commercially sensitive, tell us and we will sign an NDA before you upload anything.
03How we use your data
To produce and deliver your orders, to answer your messages, and to keep your account working. That is the whole list.
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We will not email you marketing you did not ask for.
04Who else sees it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only as far as their function requires:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Google — sign-in, if you choose to use it.
- Courier partners — the shipping address and phone number for your delivery.
05How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years, because tax law requires it. Uploaded models are kept until you delete them or close your account. Contact form messages are kept for two years.
06Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.
Most of it you can do yourself: models and addresses are deletable from your dashboard at any time.
07Cookies
We use cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
08Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database access is governed by row-level security policies, so one account cannot read another's data even if the application layer were bypassed. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you directly rather than burying a notice.
