Frequently asked

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
Files and models
What file formats can I upload?+
STL, OBJ and 3MF, up to 50 MB. STL is the most common and the most reliable. If you have a STEP or native CAD file, send it through the contact form and we will convert it for you.
Do I need a perfectly watertight mesh?+
It helps, but it is not required. Our engine measures the volume from the mesh and flags when the result looks uncertain. If it does, we verify it by hand before printing and confirm the price with you before starting.
How many models can I store?+
Three per account by default. You can delete one at any time to free a slot, and if you need more we can raise the limit — just ask.
Is my file private?+
Yes. Uploaded models sit in private storage that only you and our production team can access, and we never reuse or resell a customer's geometry.
I do not have a 3D model at all.+
That is common. Our Design & CAD service builds print-ready models from sketches, photographs, measurements or a physical sample, and you keep the source files.
Printing and materials
Which material should I pick?+
PLA for display pieces and prototypes, PETG for functional parts that need toughness, ABS where heat resistance matters, TPU when it has to flex, and Nylon CF for stiff structural parts. Resin when fine detail beats strength. Every material card on the quote page shows its strength and detail ratings.
What tolerances can you hold?+
Roughly ±0.2 mm or ±0.2% (whichever is larger) on FDM, and ±0.1 mm on resin. Tighter than that usually means designing the tolerance into the part rather than chasing it in the printer, and we are happy to advise on that.
How big can a part be?+
Our standard build volume is 300 × 300 × 400 mm. Larger parts can be split and bonded, or run on a bigger machine — the quote page will tell you when your part exceeds the envelope.
Can you match a specific colour?+
We stock the colours listed on each material. For an exact brand colour, we print in a neutral shade and paint to a supplied reference — pick the Painted finish and mention the colour in your order notes.
Orders, shipping and payment
How long will it take?+
Most single parts dispatch in 3 to 5 working days. The quote page gives you a specific estimate based on your material, finish and quantity. Larger runs and painted finishes add time, and that is reflected in the estimate.
How does shipping work?+
We ship tracked across India. The cost is calculated from your postal code and the shipment weight at checkout, and several zones qualify for free shipping above a threshold. You will see the exact figure before you confirm.
How do I pay?+
Online payment is being set up right now. In the meantime, place your order as normal and we will send you a secure payment link within one business day. Nothing goes into production until payment is settled and you have confirmed the part.
What if the part arrives wrong?+
If a part fails our spec or arrives damaged, we reprint it at our cost. Tell us within seven days of delivery with a photograph. Custom parts printed correctly to a supplied file are not returnable, since we cannot resell them.
Do you handle large production runs?+
Yes. Volume discounts start at five units and go to 25% at a hundred. Above a thousand units we will quote you directly, and we can schedule repeat deliveries against a forecast.
Still stuck on something?
Send it over. Real engineers read these, and we answer within one business day.
