Corporate gifting with 3D printed figures — a practical guide for Indian teams
How to order 3D printed figures and desk pieces as corporate gifts in India — bulk and commercial pricing, GST invoices, lead times for 10 to 100 pieces, and how to choose designs a whole team will like.

Corporate gifts have a reputation problem. Branded mugs and diaries get a polite smile and a drawer. A small, well-made figure on a desk gets talked about, photographed and kept, which is the whole point of giving it.
This guide is for founders, HR teams and office managers ordering ten or more pieces.
How bulk and commercial pricing works
| Order size | What you get |
|---|---|
| 1–4 pieces | Listed prices |
| 5–9 pieces | Batch pricing, quoted below the listed price |
| 10+ pieces | Commercial pricing, a GST invoice, and one delivery or split deliveries |
There is no minimum order and nothing to sign. Add the pieces to your basket, tick Bulk or commercial order, add your company name and GSTIN), and send the request. We reply within one business day with a price, timing and payment details. Nothing is charged until you agree.
Choosing designs for a whole team
A team of forty does not share one sense of humour, so give people a choice or pick something universally likeable.
Desk pieces that do a job. Pen holders are the safest corporate gift because they are useful first and decorative second. The Dark Lord Pen Holder and Ninja Pen Holder both hold a handful of pens. More in pen holders with personality.
Work jokes. The Office Skeleton Ledge Sitter, hunched over its laptop, lands with anyone who has had a deadline week. The Thinker Skeleton Desk Pet is a quieter version.
Fidget pieces for long calls. The Articulated Robot and Mini Flexi Armour Figure are printed with moving joints. Our guide to print-in-place figures explains how.
A menu, not a single design. For bigger teams, pick four or five designs and let people choose. We print whatever mix you send.
Colour to match your brand
Single-colour pieces can be printed in a colour close to your brand's, from matte black and white to bright red, blue or orange. Use the colour picker on each product page, or list the colours in your order note. See the colour guide.
Lead times for large orders
Each figure takes between one and six hours on the printer, and every piece is cleaned up by hand. As a rough guide:
- 10–20 pieces: about a week from confirmation
- 20–50 pieces: one to two weeks
- 50+ pieces: tell us your date first and we will confirm whether it is possible
Festival seasons fill up quickly, so ask early. How long 3D printing takes explains where the time goes.
Delivery to one office or many
We can send everything to one address, or split the order across cities. Shipping is priced by parcel weight and PIN code. One parcel of ten pieces costs far less per piece than ten parcels of one.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a GST invoice for corporate orders?
Yes. Add your GST number in the basket when you send the request, and the invoice is issued in your company's name.
What is the minimum quantity for bulk pricing?
Five pieces get batch pricing. Ten or more are priced as a commercial order.
Can we mix different designs in one bulk order?
Yes. The quantity counts across the whole order, so forty pieces of eight designs is still a forty-piece order.
Can you add our logo to the figures?
Tell us what you have in mind through the contact page. Some designs can take a simple mark; we will say honestly whether it will look good.
