What 3D printing actually costs in Delhi NCR (2026 prices)
Real per-part prices for PLA and PETG printing in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, how printing is priced, and the three things that actually move the number.
If you have tried to get a part printed in Delhi NCR, you will know the problem: nobody publishes prices. You email an STL, wait a day, and get back a number you cannot sanity-check against anything.
So here are ours, and more usefully, here is how the number is built — because once you understand that, you can estimate any shop's quote before you send the file.
The short answer
For a typical small functional part in PLA — think a bracket, an enclosure, a jig roughly 60 × 40 × 30 mm — expect ₹150 to ₹450 printed. Under about ₹150, the minimum part price takes over: the machine time and handling cost more than the plastic.
| Part | Rough size | Material | Typical price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cable clip | 30 × 20 × 10 mm | PLA | ₹150 (minimum) |
| Phone stand | 90 × 110 × 120 mm | PETG | ₹380 – ₹550 |
| Enclosure lid | 120 × 80 × 8 mm | PETG | ₹420 – ₹600 |
| Gearbox housing | 100 × 100 × 60 mm | PETG | ₹900 – ₹1,400 |
| Display model | 150 × 150 × 170 mm | PLA | ₹1,200 – ₹2,000 |
Those are printed prices — GST and delivery are on top.
How printing is actually priced
Three inputs, and nothing else matters much.
1. Material used, not part size
This is the one everyone gets wrong. Price tracks the volume of plastic extruded, not the bounding box. A 100 mm hollow cube and a 100 mm solid cube have identical dimensions and wildly different prices.
At 25% infill, a part uses roughly 40% of its solid volume once you account for walls and top/bottom layers. PLA is about 1.24 g/cm³, so:
weight ≈ solid volume (cm³) × 1.24 × 0.42
cost ≈ weight × per-gram rateAt our PLA rate of ₹2.80/g, a 20 cm³ part works out to roughly 10 g and about ₹29 of plastic. Which is why the second input matters more.
2. Machine time
The printer is the expensive part, not the filament. A part occupying the plate for four hours has to carry four hours of machine cost, and that is what dominates any quote above the minimum.
Layer height is the biggest lever here. Going from 0.20 mm to 0.12 mm does not make the part 40% better — but it does make it roughly 60% slower, and the price follows.
3. Post-processing
Support removal and a clean-up are included. Sanding, priming and painting are hand labour, and hand labour in NCR is not cheap — expect ₹300 to ₹1,000 depending on surface area.
Three things that actually cut your cost
Drop the infill. Unless the part carries load, 15% is fine. That alone is often 20% off.
Reconsider the layer height. 0.20 mm is right for most functional parts. Reserve 0.12 mm for visible display pieces or fine lettering.
Orient for fewer supports. Supports cost material and time, and leave marks you then pay to sand off. A part rotated 45° often needs none at all. If you are unsure, ask — we will tell you the cheaper orientation before printing.
Why we publish prices
Because the alternative is asking you to trust a number with no way to check it. Our instant quote tool reads your STL in the browser, measures the actual solid volume, and prices it against the same rates above. No email, no wait, no negotiation.
You can see the price before you make an account.
Delivery across NCR and beyond
We print in-house and ship tracked. Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad are typically 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, with dispatch 3 to 5 days after the order. Free above ₹2,500.
We ship the rest of India too — Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai are 2 to 4 days, and everywhere else is 3 to 9.
What we print in-house
One Bambu Lab A1 Mini, running PLA and PETG, up to 180 × 180 × 180 mm. That covers the overwhelming majority of functional parts people actually ask for.
Resin, nylon, ABS, TPU and anything larger we produce with vetted partners. Those are quoted by hand rather than instantly, and we say so on the quote page rather than pretending otherwise.
Being straight about what we can make in-house is not a limitation we are hiding. It is the reason our lead times are real.
